Group Finance Director definition

Group Finance Director means the officer appointed to the post of Group Finance Director;
Group Finance Director means Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx or any other person that becomes group finance director of the Company. Guarantor means, subject to Clause 28.7 (Removal of Obligors), the Company, the Initial Guarantors or an Additional Guarantor.
