Group I Principal Payment Amount definition

Group I Principal Payment Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the Stepdown Date, the Principal Payment Amount multiplied by the Group Principal Allocation Percentage for the Group I Certificates.
Group I Principal Payment Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the lesser of (A) the greatest of (1) the product of (x) the Senior Principal Payment Amount for such Payment Date and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the excess of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period over (ii) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period, and the denominator of which is the excess of (i) the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Due Period over (ii) the Pool Balance as of the last day of the related Due Period, (2) the Group I Parity Amount and (3) the excess of (i) the Senior Principal Payment Amount for such Payment Date over (ii) the aggregate Class Note Balance of the Group II Notes immediately prior to such Payment Date and (B) the aggregate Class Note Balance of the Group I Notes immediately prior to such Payment Date.
Group I Principal Payment Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the principal portion of each Monthly Payment on the Group I Mortgage Loans due during the related Due Period, actually received on or prior to the related Determination Date or advanced on or before the related Master Servicer Remittance Date; (ii) the Stated Principal Balance of any Group I Mortgage Loan that was purchased during the related Prepayment Period pursuant to or as contemplated by Section 2.03 or Section 3.16(c) of the Servicing Agreement and the amount of any shortfall deposited in the Collection Account in connection with the substitution of a Deleted Mortgage Loan in Loan Group I pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Servicing Agreement during the related Prepayment Period; (iii) the principal portion of all other unscheduled collections (including, without limitation, Principal Prepayments, Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds, Subsequent Recoveries and REO Principal Amortization) received during the related Prepayment Period on the Group I Mortgage Loans, net of any portion thereof that represents a recovery of principal for which an advance was made by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Servicing Agreement in respect of a preceding Payment Date; (iv) on the Payment Date on which the Notes are to be redeemed pursuant to Section 8.07 hereof, that portion of the Redemption Price, in respect of principal on the Group I Mortgage Loans and (v) the Group I Allocation Percentage of the amount of any Overcollateralization Increase Amount for such Payment Date minus (vi) the Group I Allocation Percentage of the amount of any Overcollateralization Reduction Amount for such Payment Date.

Group I Principal Payment Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Payment Amount for such Payment Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Payment Amount for such Payment Date multiplied by the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the scheduled principal payments (if any) on the Mortgage Loans due on the related Due Date, (ii) the principal portion of proceeds received with respect to any Mortgage Loan which was purchased or repurchased pursuant to a Purchase Obligation or as permitted by this Agreement during the Prior Period and (iii) any other unscheduled payments of principal which were received with respect to any Mortgage Loan during the Prior Period, other than Payoffs, Curtailments, Liquidation Principal and Subsequent Recoveries.

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 57.40% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date (including amounts in the Prefunding Account as of the Closing Date).
