Group Principal Balance. With respect to any date of determination and Group, the aggregate of the Principal Balances of all Home Equity Loans in such Group on such date.
Group Principal Balance. With respect to any Distribution Date and either the Group I Loans or the Group II Loans, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Loans in such Group that were Outstanding Loans (including Loans in foreclosure and REO Properties) on their Due Dates in the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.
