Growth Systems definition

Growth Systems means the Contributed Assets (as defined in the DevCo II Asset Contribution Agreement).
Growth Systems has the meaning given such term in the Registration Statement.

Related to Growth Systems

  • Systems means the software, hardware, servers, hosting facilities, systems and other information technology infrastructure and assets used or relied on by or for the benefit of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Systems shall include the Company Software.
