GRP Administrator definition

GRP Administrator means the General Manager of the Authority, or his or her designee, including any Deputy General Manager or other staff member of the Authority, a representative of an independent engineering firm engaged by the Authority to act as "Program Manager," or any other public or private entity or person who may hereafter by delegation from the Authority exercise the functions of the GRP Administrator.

  • The GRP Administrator shall provide a copy (in digital format) of the amended GRP, as certified, to the Participants if the GRP Administrator determines that the latest copy provided under Sections 2.02, 2.03, or this Section 2.04, has been materially revised in order to obtain certification from the Conservation District.
