GSK Technology definition

GSK Technology means any and all GSK Patent Rights and GSK Know-How.
GSK Technology means GSK Know-How and GSK Patents.
GSK Technology means any GSK Patents and GSK Know-How, including without limitation any Collaboration Technology owned by GSK either jointly or solely.

More Definitions of GSK Technology

GSK Technology means any GSK Patents and GSK Know-How, excluding any Collaboration Technology owned by GSK either jointly or solely.
GSK Technology means, any GSK Patents and GSK Know-How Controlled by GSK, or its Affiliates, in existence on the Effective Date or Controlled by GSK during the Term, including without limitation any Collaboration Technology owned by GSK either jointly or solely.
GSK Technology means (a) all GSK Background Technology, (b) all GSK Arising Technology; and (c) GSK’s joint ownership interest in Joint Arising Technology.
GSK Technology means, collectively, (i) GSK Patents and GSK Know-How and (ii) any Collaboration Technology owned or Controlled by GSK either solely or jointly with Targacept.
GSK Technology means, all Technology and, subject to Section 1.48, (other than Program Technology) owned or Controlled by GSK and/or its Affiliates on the Effective Date [***] (i) [***] and [***] and/or [***] and/or (ii) [***] to the [***] of the [***] and/or [***] including [***].
