Guarantee Fees definition

Guarantee Fees means the amounts described in the Guarantee Commitment payable in consideration for the commitment therein described and payable as provided in such Guarantee Commitment.
Guarantee Fees means the guarantee fees payable by the Issuer in consideration of the issue of the guarantee under this Deed, as specified in the fee letter dated on or about the date of this Deed between the Guarantor and the Issuer.
Guarantee Fees has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble hereto.

Guarantee Fees shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
