Guarantee Liabilities definition

Guarantee Liabilities means, in relation to a member of the Group, the liabilities under the Debt Documents (present or future, actual or contingent and whether incurred solely or jointly) it has to a Creditor, Operating Facility Lender or Debtor as or as a result of its being a guarantor or surety (including, without limitation, liabilities arising by way of guarantee, indemnity, contribution or subrogation and in particular any guarantee or indemnity arising under or in respect of any of the Secured Debt Documents).
Guarantee Liabilities means, in relation to a member of the Group, the liabilities under the Debt Documents (present or future, actual or contingent and whether incurred solely or jointly) it may have to a Creditor or Debtor as or as a result of it being a guarantor or surety including, without limitation, liabilities arising by way of guarantee, indemnity, contribution or subrogation and in particular any guarantee or indemnity arising under or in respect of the Secured Debt Documents.
