Guaranteed Annual Energy Output definition

Guaranteed Annual Energy Output means the minimum amount of Net Energy that is guaranteed by Developer to be generated by the PV System in a Contract Year, as set forth within Exhibit C.
Guaranteed Annual Energy Output means the minimum amount of Net Energy that is guaranteed by the Developer to be generated by the PV System in a Contract Year, as set forth in Exhibit C.
Guaranteed Annual Energy Output means the amount of kilowatt hours of electricity to be produced by the Generation Facilities for each year of the Production Guarantee Term as numerically defined in the column with the heading "Guaranteed Annual Energy Output" in the table xx.

Examples of Guaranteed Annual Energy Output in a sentence

  • On the first anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date and each anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date thereafter during the Term (and any extension thereof), the Guaranteed Annual Energy Output shall be decreased by the Annual System Degradation Factor, as shown on Exhibit C.

  • Developer guarantees that the PV System will produce the Guaranteed Annual Energy Output in each Contract Year, as adjusted by the Annual System Degradation Factor.

  • If Contractor elects not to repair or replace the portion of the PV System affected by the PV System Loss, the Expected Annual Energy Output shall be recalculated using XX Xxxxx or a similar software program and the Guaranteed Annual Energy Output shall be adjusted accordingly (by way of example, if there is a 200 kW loss from a 2,000 kW system, the Guaranteed Annual Output shall be reduced by a fraction equal to the lost kW capacity divided by the original capacity, i.e. 200 kW / 2000kW).

  • The Seller hereby guarantees to Purchaser that the Generation Facilities will produce a minimum of 80% of the Guaranteed Annual Energy Output for each Guarantee Year of the Production Guarantee Term.

  • The Seller and the Purchaser acknowledge and agree that the Guaranteed Annual Energy Output and Guaranteed Cumulative Energy Output as set forth in xx are estimates based on a nameplate capacity of TBD kilowatts for the Generation Facilities, and that xx shall be revised on a pro-rata basis within 30 days after the Full Commercial Operation Date to reflect the actual installed nameplate capacity of the Generation Facilities.

  • If Developer elects not to repair or replace all or part of the portion of the PV System affected by the PV System Loss, the Expected Annual Energy Output shall be recalculated using XX Xxxxx or a similar software program and the Guaranteed Annual Energy Output shall be adjusted accordingly (by way of example, if there is a 200 kW loss from a 2,000 kW system, the Guaranteed Annual Output shall be reduced by a fraction equal to the lost kW capacity divided by the original capacity, i.e. 200 kW / 2000kW).

  • For each Guarantee Year of the Production Guarantee Term, the Seller shall provide to the Purchaser production guarantees in the form of a Guaranteed Annual Energy Output and a Guaranteed Cumulative Energy Output from the Generation Facilities.
