Guaranteed Performance definition

Guaranteed Performance means the guarantees set forth in Exhibit D-1.
Guaranteed Performance is defined in Section 1.2.
Guaranteed Performance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(b). “Handling” shall mean production, use, treatment, storage, transportation, generation, manufacture, processing, distribution, disposal, Release or threatened Release.

  • If the supplier fails to supply the material in full or in part within stipulated delivery period specified in the purchase order of material/equipment is found to be defective or failing of fulfill the Guaranteed Performance of the Contract as specified in the Purchase Order, they shall be debarred or black listed from participating in future tender of DTL for the period ranging from 3 to 5 years.

  • This is necessary to study Solar Level and Guaranteed Performance of the Solar Power Plant.

More Definitions of Guaranteed Performance

Guaranteed Performance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.1.
Guaranteed Performance means the production parameters of the Plant specified in the Supply Agreement and its Attachments; such production parameter will include, but not be limited to, Availability, Cycle times and Durability etc.
Guaranteed Performance means the guarantees set forth in Exhibit E-l.

Guaranteed Performance means delivery by the Project of at least eighty percent (80%) of the Projected Energy Deliveries provided in Exhibit B in each Contract Year. For avoidance of doubt, Guaranteed Performance shall be without regard to availability of solar resource, temperature, humidity, weather conditions and any other applicable ambient conditions. Guaranteed Performance is agreed to include a reasonable reduction for routine maintenance and to reduce the required MWh of Energy delivered to account for Force Majeure Events and delivery curtailments; with such allowance to be based off the projected energy delivery provided in Exhibit B.
