Guaranty Warrants definition

Guaranty Warrants means those warrants which accrue to the benefit of the Company in connection with the Globalstar Bank Guarantee, as described in the Globalstar Warrant Memorandum.
Guaranty Warrants shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3(c).
Guaranty Warrants shall have the meaning given such term in the Recitals hereto.

  • New Warrants means those certain warrants to purchase New Valaris Equity on the terms set forth in the New Warrant Agreement.
