If a Lot is subject to administration by a duly authorized and acting Personal Representative or Guardian of the property, then such Personal Representative or Guardian shall be entitled to cast the vote for such Lot upon filing with the Secretary of the Association a current certified copy of his Letters of Administration or Guardianship.
