GUC Trust Agreement definition

GUC Trust Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Motors Liquidation Company GUC Trust Agreement, dated as of July 30, 2015, as such agreement may be amended, restated, or supplemented from time to time, and including all exhibits, schedules and addenda thereto.
