GUC Trustee definition

GUC Trustee means the trustee appointed by the GUC Trust Board, by a simple majority vote of such board, contemporaneously with the Effective Date in accordance with the terms and provisions of the GUC Trust Deed of Trust, including, without limitation, any successor thereto.
GUC Trustee means the trustee of the GUC Trust, as appointed in accordance with the GUC Trust Agreement.
GUC Trustee means, in its capacity as such, the Person selected by the Creditors’ Committee to serve as the trustee of the Trust, and any successor thereto in accordance with the GUC Trust Agreement.
