Habitable Rooms definition
Habitable Rooms means room occupied or designed for occupancy by one or more persons for study, living, sleeping, dining room but not including kitchen, bathroom, toilet, store room, corridor, basement, attic, water closet compartment, storage pantries and spaces that are not use frequently for residence during extended period.
