Habitat area definition

Habitat area or “HA” means a project that addresses the important habitat needs of wildlife in the state as specified in s. NR 51.45 (1) (a).
Habitat area means collectively those portions of the Property described as Habitat Area in the sketch plan attached to this Agreement as part of Schedule “A”. The Habitat Area consists of the Wetlands and the Uplands;
