Hacking Event definition

Hacking Event means the unauthorized access or use of a computer to telecommunications system by circumventing a security system or procedure.
Hacking Event. Means: An attack which allows unauthorized access or use of a computer or telecommunications system by electronically circumventing a security system and procedure.
Hacking Event means an attack that allows unauthorized access or use of “ Covered Equipment.”

Hacking Event means the unauthorized access or use of a computer or telecommunications system by circumventing a security system or security procedure. Random Attack means a widespread attack directed against the computer or telecommunications system, network, software or data of multiple organizations or persons for the purpose of fraud, nuisance, malicious tampering or destruction.

  • Delaying Event means any failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations set forth in this Agreement, caused in whole or in part by:
