Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).
Load Shedding means the systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing load in response to transmission system or area capacity shortages, system instability, or voltage control considerations under Tariff, Part II or Part III.
Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi- automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).
Propagation means the reproduction of Regulated Marijuana plants by seeds, cuttings, or grafting.
Behavioral therapy means interactive therapies derived from evidence-based research, including applied behavior analysis, which includes discrete trial training, pivotal response training, intensive intervention programs, and early intensive behavioral intervention.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
sorting means the classification of diamonds after any necessary cleaning into categories in relation to their size, shape, colour or value and “sorted” has a corresponding meaning;
Eating means feeding oneself by getting food into the body from a receptacle (such as a plate, cup or table) or by a feeding tube or intravenously.
Tissue means a portion of the human body other than an organ or an eye. The term does not include blood unless the blood is donated for the purpose of research or education.
Local anesthesia means the elimination of sensation, especially pain, in one part of the body by the topical application or regional injection of a drug.
Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.
STEM means science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Behavioral intervention means the implementation of strategies to address behavior that is dangerous, disruptive, or otherwise impedes the learning of a student or others.
Flocculation means a process to enhance agglomeration or collection of smaller floc particles into larger, more easily settleable particles through gentle stirring by hydraulic or mechanical means.
Ticket means a list of:
Solution means the MMF or a subset thereof, and in respect of any Sprint means the solution to be delivered by the Supplier to meet the Acceptance Criteria for the Stories that form the subject of that Sprint; and the output of the Solution may take the form of the delivery of Software and/or Deliverables and/or the provision of Services; SOW means a statement of work as executed by the Parties, in respect of a Release; and where multiple SOWs have been entered into by the Parties in respect of multiple Releases, then reference to SOW shall be a reference to the SOW which is applicable to the relevant Release; SOWs means all the SOW executed under this Contract; Sprint means the performance by each of the Parties of Planning, Activities, Showcase and Retrospective to enable the Supplier to deliver the Solution in order to Complete the specified Stories by the end of the Sprint Timebox; Sprint Plan means the plan that relates to a Sprint as agreed by the Parties; Sprint Timebox means a fixed period of time for the completion of a Sprint, the duration of which shall be as set out in the Calibration Deliverable;
manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;
Gonad shield means a protective barrier for the testes or ovaries.
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Teletherapy means therapeutic irradiation in which the source of radiation is at a distance from the body.
Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

Adjunct faculty means those nonadministrative instructors, counselors, and librarians who are employed without a continuing contract, whose teaching load does not exceed one-half time for two full semesters or three full quarters per calendar year.
Anesthesiologist means a physician granted clinical privileges to administer anesthesia.
Screening means the evaluation process used to identify an individual's ability to perform activities of daily living and address health and safety concerns.
Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.
