Handling definition

Handling means any installation, handling, generation, storage, treatment, use, disposal, discharge, release, manufacture, refinement, presence, migration, emission, abatement, removal, transportation, or any other activity of any type in connection with or involving Hazardous Materials.

Handling means to use, generate, process, manufacture, produce, package, treat, transport, store, emit, discharge, or dispose of a Hazardous Material.

• Nothing in this contract shall affect the application as between the parties of the provisions of the Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement which relate to liability for small claims equal to or below the Threshold (as defined in that agreement).

Handling means to access, receive, collect, use, store, process, record, disclose, transfer, retain, dispose of, destroy, manage or otherwise handle.
