Harvesting Rules definition

Harvesting Rules. Each active member shall conduct their fishing operation in strict 40 compliance with the Harvesting Rules set forth in Exhibit C. The sector manager will monitor 41 sector members’ activity to ensure the sector remains in compliance with Amendment 16 and 42 other related regulations. Members acknowledge that the sector manager in conjunction with the 43 Board may modify or adopt additional requirements or restrictions on harvest of the sector’s ACE 44 in order to ensure effective utilization and management of the sector’s ACE. Any and all changes 45 to the Harvesting Rules will be transmitted to the sector membership via electronic mail.

Examples of Harvesting Rules in a sentence

  • The Manager shall annually develop a Sector fishing plan that 26 promotes harvest of the Sector’s ACE in accordance with the Harvesting Rules and shall make the Fishing 27 Plan available to Active Members prior to the commencement of the fishing season.

  • Each 24 Member shall exercise their best efforts to ensure such Member’s Harvest Share is harvested in 25 accordance with the Harvesting Rules.

  • Each Active Member 23 shall conduct their harvest of the Sector’s ACE in strict compliance with the Harvesting Rules.

  • Each Active Member shall conduct their harvest of the Sector’s ACE in strict compliance with the Harvesting Rules.

  • Each Member shall ensure that the master(s) of the vessel(s) harvesting such Member’s Harvest Share are aware of the terms and conditions of this Agreement governing the harvest of such Member’s Harvest Share, including without limitation the Harvesting Rules, and shall have confirmed their agreement to abide by such terms in writing.

  • The Manager shall annually develop a Sector fishing plan that promotes harvest of the Sector’s ACE in accordance with the Harvesting Rules (the “Fishing Plan”), and shall make the Fishing Plan available to Active Members prior to the commencement of the fishing season.

Related to Harvesting Rules

  • Operating Rules means the operating rules of a CS Facility regulating the settlement, clearing and registration of uncertificated shares as amended, varied or waived (whether in respect of the Company or generally) from time to time which shall only apply to the Company during the Listed Period;

  • WREGIS Operating Rules means those operating rules and requirements adopted by WREGIS as of December 2010, as subsequently amended, supplemented or replaced (in whole or in part) from time to time.

  • Listing Rules the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange

  • ASX Listing Rules means the official listing rules of the ASX.

  • Trading Rules means the Rules and Regulations of the Exchange prescribed by the Stock Exchange from time to time; and

  • Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.

  • GEM Listing Rules the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Building Rules means the rules contained in part VII of the rules;

  • Model Rules means the State of Oregon’s Attorney General’s model rules of procedure for Public Contracting, which are set forth in OAR Chapter 137, divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and required under ORS 279A.065.

  • Funding Rules means the documents produced by the Department which set out the detailed requirements with which the Provider must comply in respect of the Services delivered under this Agreement as may be amended by the Department from time to time and as referred to in the Specification (Schedule 1).

  • SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • M&A Rules means the Provisions on Merging and Acquiring Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors, which was promulgated by six Governmental Agencies, namely, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the State Administration for Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”), and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, on August 8, 2006 and became effective on September 8, 2006, as amended by the Ministry of Commerce on June 22, 2009.

  • Licensed clinical social worker means an individual who meets the licensed clinical social worker requirements established in KRS 335.100.

  • PRA Rules means the Rules included within the PRA handbook issued by the PRA.

  • ISO-NE Rules means all rules and procedures adopted by NEPOOL, ISO-NE, or the RTO, and governing wholesale power markets and transmission in New England, as such rules may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to, the ISO-NE Tariff, the ISO-NE Operating Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the ISO-NE Planning Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Transmission Operating Agreement (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Participants Agreement, the manuals, procedures and business process documents published by ISO-NE via its web site and/or by its e-mail distribution to appropriate NEPOOL participants and/or NEPOOL committees, as amended, superseded or restated from time to time.

  • PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.

  • School Rules means the rules of the School, a copy of the current version of which is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the letter offering a place at the School, as those rules may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. Parents will be given notice of such amendments;

  • CDM Regulations means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015;

  • SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations.

  • Business Rules means the business rules established by JSCC regarding its Financial Instruments Obligation Assumption Service for CDS Transactions, as amended, if applicable.

  • DOE Rules means DOE’s energy conservation regulations found in Title 10, Parts 429, 430, and 431 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
