HASCAP Program definition

HASCAP Program means the Highly Affected Sectors Credit Availability Program established by the Government of Canada.
HASCAP Program means the Highly Affected Sectors Credit Availability Program established by the Government of Canada. “HASCAP Indebtedness” means any loan or other financial accommodation under the HASCAP Program, provided that (a) such Indebtedness is unsecured, (b) the proceeds therefrom are used solely in a manner that is permitted by the HASCAP Program and (c) the Loan Parties have fully complied in all material respects with and satisfied in all material respects all eligibility requirements established pursuant to the HASCAP Program to incur such Indebtedness. “Hazardous Material” means any element, compound or chemical that is defined, listed or otherwise classified as a contaminant, pollutant, toxic or hazardous substance, hazardous waste, special waste, or solid waste or words of similar import under any Environmental Law or that is otherwise regulated under or for which liability or standards of care are imposed pursuant to any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, petroleum, polychlorinated biphenyls; asbestos-containing materials, urea formaldehyde-containing materials radioactive materials and toxic mold. “Hedging Agreement” means any interest rate, foreign currency, commodity or equity swap, collar, cap, floor or forward rate agreement, or other agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in interest rates or currency, commodity or equity values (including, without limitation, any option with respect to any of the foregoing and any combination of the foregoing agreements or arrangements), and any confirmation executed in connection with any such agreement or arrangement. “Highest Lawful Rate” means, with respect to any Agent or any Lender, the maximum non-usurious interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, taken, reserved, charged or received on the Obligations under laws applicable to such Agent or such Lender which are currently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum non-usurious interest rate than applicable laws now allow. “Holdout Lender” has the meaning specified therefor in Section 12.02(c). “Illegality Notice” has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.11(b).

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Pension program means the defined benefit pension program of the Oregon Public Service

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Support Plan means a service offering that sets out the level of service entitlements purchased by Customer as described in detail in the Agreement.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Flood Program means the National Flood Insurance Program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004, in each case as amended from time to time, and any successor statutes.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.

  • Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers The Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers, as published by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and effective with respect to fiscal periods ending on or after December 15, 1995.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
