HCC Disclosure Schedule definition

HCC Disclosure Schedule means the confidential disclosure schedule delivered by HCC to Presidio concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, which disclosure schedule is arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered sections contained in Article IV of this Agreement to which it relates (unless and to the extent relevance to other representations and warranties is reasonably apparent from the actual text of the disclosure), and each of which disclosures shall also be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the representations and warranties made by HCC to Presidio under Article IV.

Examples of HCC Disclosure Schedule in a sentence

  • Section 4.8 of the HCC Disclosure Schedule identifies all personal property leases of HCC.

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.

  • Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date hereof, delivered to the Buyer by the Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

  • Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of the Company referred to in, and delivered pursuant to, this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter, dated the Effective Date, delivered by the Credit Parties to the Collateral Agent, as may be updated on the Tranche A Closing Date (if required and as permitted hereunder).
