Header File Information definition

Header File Information means any header files (including but not limited to *.h files) supplied in connection with the Software, including without limitation any related information detailing contents of header files.

"Redistributable Code" means certain object code files designated in the Documentation as "Redistributable Code." "Documentation" means explanatory materials supplied with the SDK or made available online on Vectorworks public web pages related to the SDK. Header File Information means any header files (*.h files) provided by MI to Developer as part of the SDK, including without limitation any related information detailing the contents of header files.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty.   • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • 430C Information means information included in a prospectus then deemed to be a part of the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430C.

  • Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.

  • Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Interim Prospectus Supplement means the prospectus supplement relating to the Shares prepared and filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) from time to time as provided by Section 4(x) of this Agreement.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

  • Covered Disclosure Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
