Health Care Licenses definition

Health Care Licenses means all licenses, permits, accreditations, certificates of need, provider numbers, provider agreements, approvals, qualifications, certifications, and other authorizations or Governmental Approvals granted by any health care regulatory agency, or other Governmental Authority relating to or affecting the Business, the ownership, operation, maintenance, management, use, regulation, development or expansion of the Business, the provision of health care services thereby, or the reimbursement of health care costs relating thereto.

Health Care Licenses means, with respect to any Person or Health Care Product, all licenses, Permits, accreditations, certificates of need, provider numbers, provider agreements, approvals, qualifications, certifications, approvals, clearances, and other authorizations (other than routine authorizations for payments made in the ordinary course of business) granted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) or any health care regulatory agency or other Governmental Body, Accreditation Body, Government Program or Third Party Payor relating to or affecting any Person, the ownership, operation, maintenance, management, use, regulation, development or expansion of such Person, or the provision of health care services by such Person.

Health Care Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a) hereof.

Examples of Health Care Licenses in a sentence

• SCAN Group and the SCAN Companies own and/or possess, and hold free from restrictions or conflicts with the rights of others, all such SCAN Health Care Licenses.

• CareOregon and the CareOregon Companies own and/or possess, and hold free from restrictions or conflicts with the rights of others, all such CareOregon Health Care Licenses.

• Exercise of such remedies shall be in compliance with the requirements of Health Care Licenses and Governmental Authorities, and in coordination with a transition to a replacement facility operator or manager.

More Definitions of Health Care Licenses

Health Care Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Health Care Licenses. With respect to each Facility, Borrower shall have delivered to Lender with respect to such Facility evidence satisfactory to Lender that (i) such Facility and/or the Property Operator for such Facility holds all licenses, permits, accreditations, authorizations and certifications from all applicable Governmental Authorities required for the operation thereof for its Primary Intended Use and for all other uses (if any) contemplated under the Master Lease, including the applicable licenses (collectively, the "Health Care Licenses") from the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services, the Texas Department of Human Services, the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Colorado Department of Health and Environment and each other state authority having jurisdiction over the Facilities (collectively, the "Issuing Agencies"); (ii) such Facility is not subject to, or threatened with, any hold on admissions or other sanction and there are no outstanding, or threatened, notices of deficiency resulting from any survey of such Facility which have not been fully responded to with an acceptable plan of correction with which such Facility is being operated in compliance; and (iii) such Facility and/or the Property Operator for such Facility is, to the extent applicable, (A) duly certified as a provider under the Medicare and Medicaid programs and (B) in compliance in all material respects with all Governmental Requirements, including rules and regulations relating to Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse practices, and all insurance requirements.

Health Care Licenses means any state facility license required for the operation of any Facility for its primary intended use.

Health Care Licenses means all licenses, Permits, accreditations, certificates of need, provider numbers, provider agreements, approvals, qualifications, certifications, and other authorizations or governmental approvals granted by any health care regulatory agency, healthcare accreditation body, such as Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, or other Governmental Authority or Third Party Payor relating to or affecting the Business, the ownership, operation, maintenance, management, use, regulation, development or expansion of the Business, the provision of health care services thereby, or the reimbursement of health care costs relating thereto.

Health Care Licenses means all licenses, Permits, accreditations, certificates of need, provider numbers, provider agreements, approvals, qualifications, certifications, and other authorizations granted by any health care regulatory agency or other Governmental Authority, Accreditation Body or Third Party Payor relating to or affecting the Business or any Seller Entity, the ownership, operation, maintenance, management, use, regulation, development or expansion of the Business, the provision of health care services and related transportation and food services thereby, and/or the reimbursement of health care and other costs relating thereto.

Health Care Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).
