Palliative care means medical service rendered to reduce or moderate temporarily the intensity of an otherwise stable medical condition, but does not include those medical services ren- dered to diagnose, heal or permanently alleviate or eliminate a medical condition.
School purposes means purposes that customarily take place at the direction of a teacher or the Board, or aid in the administration of school activities, including but not limited to instruction in the classroom, administrative activities and collaboration among students, school personnel or parents or legal guardians of students.

Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.
Secondary Purpose means any purpose that is not a Primary Purpose.
School operating purposes means the purposes included in the operation costs of the district as prescribed in sections 7 and 18 and purposes authorized under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.
Primary Purpose means the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected by the Company or supplied by the Customer in order to: (1) provide, bill, or collect for, regulated electric service; (2) provide for system, grid, or operational needs; (3) provide services as required by state or federal law or as specifically authorized by an order of the Commission; (4) plan, implement, or evaluate programs, products or services related to energy assistance, demand response, energy management, energy efficiency, or renewable energy by the Company or under contract with the Company, under contract with the Commission, or as part of a Commission-authorized program conducted by an entity under the supervision of the Commission, or pursuant to state or federal statutes governing energy assistance; and (5) disclosure of customer name and address to a provider of appliance repair services in compliance with MCL 460.10a(9)(a), or to otherwise comply with the Code of Conduct.
Educational purpose means classroom activities, research in academic subjects, career or professional development activities, Green Dot approved personal research activities, or other purposes as defined by the School from time to time.
Health history means the record of a person’s past health events obtained in writing, completed by the individual or their physician.
Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.
Agricultural purpose means a purpose related to the production, harvest, exhibition, marketing, transportation, processing, or manufacture of agricultural products by a natural person who cultivates, plants, propagates or nurtures the agricultural products. "Agricultural products" includes agricultural, horticultural, viticultural, and dairy products, livestock, wildlife, poultry, bees, forest products, fish and shellfish, and any products thereof, including processed and manufactured products, and any and all products raised or produced on farms and any processed or manufactured products thereof.
Educational Purposes means use for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research.
Behavioral therapy means interactive therapies derived from evidence-based research, including applied behavior analysis, which includes discrete trial training, pivotal response training, intensive intervention programs, and early intensive behavioral intervention.
Agricultural purposes ’ means purposes normally or otherwise reasonably associated with the use of land for agricultural activities, including the use of land for structures, buildings and dwelling units reasonably necessary for or related to
Health care means any of the following intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of a human ailment or impairment:

Health Home means an individual Provider, team of health care professionals or health team that meets all federal requirements and provides the following six (6) services to persons with one (1) or more specified chronic conditions: (i) comprehensive care management; (ii) Care Coordination and health promotion; (iii) comprehensive transitional care/follow-up; (iv) Member and family support; (v) referral to community and social support services; and (vi) use of Health Information Technology (HIT) to link services, if applicable. Health Information Exchange (HIE) means the transmission of health-care-related data among facilities, health information organizations and government agencies according to national standards. HIE is also an entity that provides services to enable the electronic sharing of health information. Health Information Technology (HIT) means the area of information technology involving the design, development, creation, use and maintenance of information systems for the health care industry.
Production Purposes means using the Software (a) in a production environment, (b) generally using live data and/or applications for a purpose other than Development Purposes, (c) for multi-user prototyping, quality assurance and testing and/or (d) for backup instances.
Common Purposes shall include the purposes of managing and maintaining the Premises, the Buildings and in particular the Common Portions, rendition of services in common to the Unit Owners, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Unit Owners and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Units exclusively and the Common Portions in common.
Medical home means a team approach to providing health care that originates in a primary care setting; fosters a partnership among the patient, the personal provider, and other health care professionals, and where appropriate, the patient’s family; utilizes the partnership to access and integrate all medical and nonmedical health-related services across all elements of the health care system and the patient’s community as needed by the patient and the patient’s family to achieve maximum health potential; maintains a centralized, comprehensive record of all health-related services to promote continuity of care; and has all of the characteristics specified in section 135.158.
Behavioral health disorder means either a mental disorder
Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.
Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.
Medical history means information regarding any:
public purpose means any of the purposes for which land may be reserved under Part 4 of the Land Administration Act 1997, and any purpose declared by the Governor pursuant to that Act, by notification in the Government Gazette to be a public purpose within the meaning of that Act;
