Healthcare Facilities definition

Healthcare Facilities means any skilled nursing facilities, mentally retarded and developmentally disabled facilities, rehab hospitals, long term acute care facilities, intermediate care facilities for the mentally disabled, medical office buildings, domestic assisted living facilities, independent living facilities or Alzheimer’s care facilities and any ancillary businesses that are incidental to the foregoing.
Healthcare Facilities means the healthcare facilities listed on [Schedule 1 – insert reference to healthcare facility schedule, which schedule shall be attached to this Master Lease Addendum and shall include at least the following information for each facility: name of landlord, name of facility, address of facility, operator name, type of facility, number of licensed units/beds, and the county and state where the facility is located,] as the same may be amended from time to time. Each facility listed on such schedule is a “Healthcare Facility.”

More Definitions of Healthcare Facilities

Healthcare Facilities means facilities established for the diagnosis, treatment or care of individuals suffering from illness and injury;
Healthcare Facilities means places that provide healthcare to the public. Healthcare facilities include, but are not limited to, hospitals, clinics, outpatient care centers, nursing homes, psychiatric care centers, medical offices, hospice homes, mental health and addiction treatment centers, orthopedic and other rehabilitation centers, urgent care, birth centers, etc.
Healthcare Facilities means, as applicable, any one or more of the healthcare facilities owned, operated or managed by the Company or its Subsidiaries and licensed under Healthcare Laws as a Healthcare Facility.

For purposes of this definition, the Joint Venture Partnerships and their respective businesses are expressly excluded. However, “Healthcare Facilities” shall include the ASC Joint Venture Partnership (defined below) solely for purposes of Article 7 and Section 16.1.1(iii), and no other Article or Section of this Agreement.
Healthcare Facilities as applicable, shall mean any one or more of the diagnostic testing laboratories or facilities and other healthcare facilities operated by a Borrower, including the healthcare facilities described on Schedule 2.02 hereto.
Healthcare Facilities means an office or institution providing care or treatment of diseases, whether physical, mental, emotional, or other medical, physiological, or psychological conditions including but not limited to, hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, weight control, laboratories, offices of surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, physicians, dentists and all specialists within these professions. “Healthcare Facility” includes all waiting rooms, hallways, private rooms, semiprivate rooms, and any adjacent outdoor property under their control.
