Hedge Amount definition

Hedge Amount. On any day, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Borrowing Base and (b) the Fixed Rate Asset Percentage on such day.
Hedge Amount. (a) With respect to Fixed Rate Loans (excluding Real Estate Loans which are Fixed Rate Loans), on any day, an amount equal to the product of (1) the aggregate Principal Balance of such Fixed Rate Loans and (2) 80%, and (b) with respect to Real Estate Loans bearing a fixed rate of interest, on any day, an amount equal to the product of (1) the outstanding principal amount of such Real Estate Loan times (2) the Advance Rate applicable to such Real Estate Loan.
Hedge Amount means, in connection with any Optional Prepayment of Scheduled Payments, the amount, if any, of any Hedge Termination Payable that will be owed by the Service Corporation pursuant to any Stated Hedge relating to the Scheduled Payments being prepaid as a result of any required reduction in the notional amount of such Stated Hedge due to such prepayment and the Hedge Periodic Payable, if any, accrued to the date of termination.

Hedge Amount set forth in Section 1.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Hedge Amount. On any day, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the product of (i) the product of (1) the Borrowing Base (excluding, solely for the purposes of this calculation, the Purchased Loan Balance of any Permitted Investment which is deemed to be an Eligible Loan by operation of the proviso to the initial paragraph of Eligible Loan) and (2) the Fixed Rate Loan Percentage and (ii) the Advances Outstanding divided by the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance over (b)(i) at any time any of the conditions set forth in clauses (b), (c), (d) or (e) in the definition of Hedge Trigger shall exist, zero and (ii) at all other times, $15,000,000, unless otherwise consented to by the Agent.
Hedge Amount. On any day that (a) the Weighted Average Coupon is less than LIBOR Rate plus 5.0%, the Hedge Amount shall be an amount as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion and (b) the Weighted Average Coupon is greater than or equal to the LIBOR Rate plus 5.0%, the Hedge Amount shall be $0. The Hedge Amount for Floating Rate Loans is $0.
