Hedge Period End Date means the date set out in the cell in the column headed ‘Hedge Period End’ contained in the Hedge Profile Table. Hedge Period Start Date Heritage Claim means a claim made in accordance with any Law in respect of native title or for the protection, preservation or removal of any Artefact. Hirers means those bodies, including their employees, agents, contractors, advisers, consultants and officers, that enter into an agreement with the Stadium Operator or the State in relation to the presentation or hosting of an Event or Function at the Stadium. Hold Co Westadium Project Hold Co Pty Ltd (ACN 169 899 094) in its own capacity and in its capacity as trustee for the Hold Co Trust. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the failure by the Trust to deposit funds as provided for by clauses (ii)(A) or (ii)(B) above within three Business Days after any Dividend Payment Date or redemption date, as the case may be, in each case to the extent contemplated by Section 11.2(c)(i) of these Bylaws, shall not constitute a “Non-Payment Period.”

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent:

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day before the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day before the Stated Maturity.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 20th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
