Helper C Trainee. Helper C Trainee means any newly hired employee who is to be trained for a position as a Helper C. The training period may not exceed 6 consecutive months.
Helper C Trainee. Helper C Trainee means any newly hired employee who is to be trained for a position as a Helper C (9) "Maintenance Employee and Other Job Classifications". Such classifications cover employees engaged by the Employer, under such job title/s as the Employer may designate, to perform primarily and on a non- seasonal basis such duties as the Employer may require in respect to the physical care, maintenance and operation of premises other than or in addition to general janitorial or custodial services as defined in Article IV, Section 401 of this Agreement.
