Maintenance Employee. A. WORK RULES:
Maintenance Employee. The words "maintenance employee" when used in this Agreement shall mean any person engaged in maintenance work and listed in the Group II-Trades and Maintenance section of Appendix I-Schedule of Wages.
Maintenance Employee. Lessee shall employ, with Lessor’s approval, such full or part-time maintenance personnel as may be necessary to provide the general maintenance and repair functions for the Building, including the common areas, as are presently provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as an employee of Synchronics, Inc. All costs associated with such person (collectively the “Maintenance Employee Costs”), including salary, benefits, and associated payroll costs (FICA, FUTA, and the like) shall be paid by Lessee. Lessor shall reimburse to Lessee, on a monthly basis, an amount equal to the Maintenance Employee Costs incurred by Lessee for the applicable month less Lessee’s Proportionate Share of such Maintenance Employee Costs. In accordance with the provisions of section 2.03 of this Lease, the parties will estimate the amount of the Lessor’s anticipated monthly reimbursement and reduce the estimated monthly payments of additional rent to be paid by Lessee to Lessor under such section. The parties will take into account the actual amount of such costs allocable to the Lessee and Lessor, respectively, in connection with the January 31 reconciliation described in section 2.03. It shall be Lessor’s responsibility to provide Lessee’s maintenance employee with access to all portions of the Building, including those portions of the Building occupied by other lessees. Prior to the commencement date, Lessor shall provide Lessee with (a) the written consent of all such lessees, authorizing Lessee’s maintenance employee to enter the space occupied by such lessees to perform the maintenance and repair work contemplated in this section 5.05; and (b) the keys to each such lessee’s space.
Maintenance Employee. The maintenance employee is permitted to perform janitorial and clean-up work on and around the premises of the Employer’s shop, including the interior of the shop. • Material Expeditor. The material expeditor is permitted to move, load, unload and wrap ends of all materials of the Employer. • Material Expeditor Trainee. The material expeditor trainee is permitted to move, load, unload and wrap ends of all materials of the Employer and possesses lesser skills or experience than a material expeditor as determined by the Employer. Following three (3) years of employment the material expeditor trainee shall automatically be promoted to the employee classification of material expeditor and shall receive the appropriate wage increase.
Maintenance Employee a) The Company will provide and pay for the rental costs of a clean coverall for each mechanic and serviceman for each work day and up to seven (7) pairs of coveralls for Full-time bus washers for each period. b) The company will reimburse up to 175.00 per year (if supported by a proof of purchase) towards unlimited amount of purchases of CSA approved safety footwear to a full-time employee following their first year of service. c) Part-time Employees who are members of this Bargaining Unit will receive a $125.00 contribution for the purchase of CSA approved safety footwear every two d) Seasonal jackets, Parka’s, rain gear and safety vests will be made available for general use as required. e) The Company will provide for the licensed mechanics one insulated parka with fluorescent orange reflective material. This will be changed as required. Upon termination of employment, the parka will be returned to the Company prior to the final pay being issued to the mechanic. If the parka is not returned, the cost of the replacement for the same will be deducted from the mechanic’s final pay. f) The Company will endeavor to supply to the Service and Wash Bay employees surplus driver parkas that has been dry cleaned as they become available. This will be issued by seniority, one parka every two years. g) Cleaners will receive CSA approved rain boots that for Full-Time Cleaners will be replaced as required; and for Part-Time Cleaners, every two (2) years if the average number of hours worked for the Company in the previous two (2) years is 800 hours per year. h) Mechanics will receive an annual tool allowance of $250.00 and Service personnel will receive $75.00.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Pre-Employment Testing Nothing in this Contract shall limit the right of the City to conduct any tests it may deem appropriate for persons seeking employment prior to their date of hire. The parties agree that the Lodge has no role or responsibility with regard to any such pre-employment testing.
