Heritage Resources definition

Heritage Resources means archaeological or historic sites, burial sites, artifacts and other objects of historical, cultural or religious significance, and historical or cultural records.
Heritage Resources means artifacts and other manifestations of material culture, documents, publications, photographs and film, prehistoric and historic sites, historic buildings and other structures, cultural landscapes, heritage celebrations, heritage festivals and fairs, and heritage recordings, music, and songs.
Heritage Resources means sites, buildings, objects or works which may be of interest because of the archeological, prehistoric, historic, cultural, natural or aesthetic value, and whether or not designated as such under the provisions of this by-law.
