Hg Budget Trading Program definition

Hg Budget Trading Program means a multi-state Hg air pollution control and emission reduction program approved and administered by the administrator accordance with Chapter 3745-108 of the Administrative Code, or established by the administrator under Section 111 of the Clean Air Act, as a means of reducing national Hg emissions.
