HIE Features definition

HIE Features means a set of technical features that Participants have the option of accessing or using for Permitted Purposes, and for such other purposes as permitted by Applicable Law. Current HIE Features are identified in Attachment 7 and are available on the NC HIEA website.

Examples of HIE Features in a sentence

  • NC HIEA shall maintain the functionality of NC HealthConnex for Submitters, and provide or arrange for the provision of such HIE Features, services, security, and other updates to NC HealthConnex for Full Participants as NC HIEA determines to be appropriate from time to time.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Participant, ParticipatingEntities, and Authorized Users (together and unless otherwise noted, “Participant”) is authorized to use NC HealthConnex and the HIE Features identified in Attachment 7 as they are available.

  • The HIE Features are subject to NC HIEA Policies and Procedures, which shall be available on the NC HIEA website.

  • In compliance with 42 U.S.C. §1395x(v)(l)(I) and implementing regulations, NC HIEA agrees, until the expiration of four (4) years after the HIE Features are furnished under this Agreement, to allow the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Comptroller General access to this Agreement, all applicable purchase orders, and to the books, documents and records of NC HIEA necessary to verify the nature and extent of the costs of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding NC HIEA’s authority to become self-supporting, HIE Features and operations funded in whole or in part by federal funds or appropriations by the N.C. General Assembly shall be subject to and contingent upon the continuing availability of such funds for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • The HIE Features are expressly contingent upon and subject to the appropriation, allocation, and availability of funds to NC HIEA for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.

  • If funds to support NC HIEA operations or HIE Features are not available, NC HIEA will provide written notification to Participant together with notice of termination.

  • Participants shall be granted access to the HIE Features after execution of the Participation Agreement at the appropriate time during or at the completion of the Onboarding process.

  • NC HIEA is engaged in the oversight, administration and operation of a statewide electronic health information exchange network (“NC HealthConnex”), and in connection therewith makes available certain HIE Features (as defined herein) for use by Participants of NC HealthConnex.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Participant, Participating Entities, and Authorized Users (together and unless otherwise noted, “Participant”) is authorized to use NC HealthConnex and the HIE Features identified in Attachment 7 as they are available.

Related to HIE Features

  • CLASS Features means certain CCIS-based features available to Customers, including: Automatic Call Back; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.

  • Features means the functionality to be developed and provided as part of the CAE Services.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Tableware means multi-use eating and drinking utensils.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.
