High Needs Pupil definition

High Needs Pupil means a pupil aged under 16 requiring education support costing more than £10,000 per annum in total;
High Needs Pupil means a child aged 18 or under who is subject to an Education Health and Care Plan and who is placed in the NMSS by an English local authority;
High Needs Pupil means a child aged 18 or under who is subject to an Education Health and Care Plan and who requires additional support costing over £6,000;
