Higher Priority Service definition

Higher Priority Service means any firm service.
Higher Priority Service means any firm or secondary firm service.
Higher Priority Service means any Firm Service or another Interruptible service for which Customer is willing to pay a higher Interruptible rate.

Examples of Higher Priority Service in a sentence

  • The receipt and re-delivery of Gas in amounts up to the Customer’s Maximum Daily Wheeling Quantity, as specified in Exhibit A of the Customer’s Hub Services Agreement, shall be available only in the event that all Higher Priority Service needs have been satisfied.

  • ILS rendered by CADEVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Rate Schedule shall consist of the loan to Customer, upon nomination and subsequent confirmation, of daily quantities of Gas up to Customer’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”) as stated in the corresponding Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement with Customer, provided that all Higher Priority Service nominations for withdrawal have been satisfied and system needs allow.

  • ILS rendered by PERRYVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Rate Schedule shall consist of the loan to Customer, upon nomination and subsequent confirmation, of daily quantities of Gas up to Customer’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”) as stated in the corresponding Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement with Customer, provided that all Higher Priority Service nominations for withdrawal have been satisfied and system needs allow.

Related to Higher Priority Service

  • Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and

  • Other Priority Claims means any Claim, other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Lower Priority As of any date of determination and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, any other Class of Subordinate Certificates then outstanding with a later priority for payments pursuant to Section 4.02 (a).

  • Other Priority Claim means any Claim other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Priority 1 means a critical full outage/severe issue that constitutes a catastrophic problem that causes complete inability to use the Subscription Service, excluding Free Services, across a significant portion of the production environment (e.g. crash or hang), resulting in production downtime and where there is no workaround or solution to the problem.

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure

  • Priority habitat means a habitat type with unique or significant value to one or more species. An area classified and mapped as priority habitat must have one or more of the following attributes:

  • Second Priority Secured Parties means the Second Priority Representative, the Second Priority Creditors and any other holders of the Second Priority Obligations.

  • First Priority Secured Parties means, with respect to each Type of Common Collateral, the First Priority Representative and the holders of the First Priority Obligations.

  • Priority area means the portions of the qualified incentive area

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) is a provider of enhanced services as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Highest Priority As of any date of determination, the Class of Subordinate Certificates then outstanding with a Certificate Principal Balance greater than zero, with the earliest priority for payments pursuant to Section 4.02(a), in the following order: Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 Certificates.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Food service establishment means a fixed or mobile restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, short order cafe, luncheonette, grill, tearoom, sandwich shop, soda fountain, tavern, bar, cocktail lounge, nightclub, drive-in, industrial feeding establishment, private organization serving the public, rental hall, catering kitchen, delicatessen, theater, commissary, food concession, or similar place in which food or drink is prepared for direct consumption through service on the premises or elsewhere, and any other eating or drinking establishment or operation where food is served or provided for the public. Food service establishment does not include any of the following:

  • Enhanced softening means the improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by precipitative softening.

  • Advanced computing means any technology used in the design and development of 1 or more of the following:

  • First Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Junior Priority Obligations means the Initial Junior Priority Obligations and any Additional Obligations constituting Junior Priority Debt.

  • Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.

  • Debt Service Reduction Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that became the subject of a Debt Service Reduction.

  • Second Priority Documents means each Second Priority Agreement, each Second Priority Security Document and each Second Priority Guarantee.
