Hightimes Group definition

Hightimes Group means the collective reference to Hightimes and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries as at the Execution Date and as at any Filing Date (hereinafter defined), including Trans-High Corporation.
Hightimes Group means the collective reference to Hightimes, and each direct or indirect subsidiary of Hightimes, including the Purchaser.

  • The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to any Entity in which the net revenues of the competing Business in the fiscal year immediately preceding the acquisition did not exceed five (5%) percent of the aggregate net revenues of the Business of the Hightimes Group.

  • In addition, the provisions of this Section shall not apply to any (i) non-profit and corporate boards and committees or (ii) any industry associations, either of which may be for an Entity in the same Business as the Hightimes Group.

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Advisory Group means the environmental flows

  • Large group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health

  • Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.

  • World Bank Group means the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association, the International Finance Corporation and MIGA.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999 between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If it is determined that the Michigan economic development corporation is unable to perform its duties under this act, those duties shall be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Group the Company and its subsidiaries

  • OASIS means the Open Access Same-Time Information System required by FERC for the posting of market and transmission data on the Internet websites of PJM and NYISO.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.

  • NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;

  • Comparator Group is defined as the following nine U.S. based carriers including, AirTran Airways, Inc., Alaska Air Group, Inc., AMR Corporation, Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., JetBlue Airways Corporation, Southwest Airlines Co., US Airways Group, Inc. and UAL Corporation.

  • Michigan strategic fund means the Michigan strategic fund as described in the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2001 to 125.2094.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
