Historical records definition

Historical records means sources of information which assist in identifying current or past uses or occupants of a property, including but not limited to, aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, property tax files, recorded land title records, U.S. geological survey 7.5 minute topographic maps, local street directories, building department records, zoning or land use records that identify past uses or occupants of the property from the property's first commercial or industrial use through the present use, and records in the files of an owner or operator of the property.
Historical records means those records held by the previous operating company for the Unit and that such previous operating company is contractually required to hand over to the Operating Company.
