Historical Use definition

Historical Use means use of the City recreational fields during the prior year.
Historical Use means any use that is primarily for the purpose of: (i) providing historical information and commentary regarding the Law School; (ii) retrospective or commemorative events taking place at the Law School; or (iii) the creation, preparation, reproduction, publication, public display, public performance, marketing, sale or distribution of literary, photographic, video, digital or documentary works (now known or hereafter created) that discuss the Law School and its history or that comprise, derive from or are created in whole or in part from, any Acquired Assets in which the TWU Marks are displayed.
