Holding Company Class A Common Stock means the Common Stock, $.01 par value, of the Holding Company as constituted on the Closing Date and any Shares into which such Common Stock shall have been changed or any Shares resulting from any reclassification of such Common Stock.
Holding Company Class A Common Stock means Common Stock, $.10 par value, of the Holding Company as constituted on the Auto Ventshade Closing Date, and any Shares into which such Common Stock shall have been changed or any Shares resulting from any reclassification of such Common Stock.
