Home Buyer Disclosure Program definition

Home Buyer Disclosure Program means the disclosure program, administered by the Administrator as set forth in a document in substantially the same form as Exhibit “F” attached hereto, that establishes a mechanism to disclose to each End User the terms and conditions under which their lot is burdened by the District.
Home Buyer Disclosure Program means the disclosure provisions relating to property located in public improvement districts set forth in Chapter 5 of the Texas Property Code, which establishes a mechanism to disclose to each End User the terms and conditions under which their lot is burdened by the PID.
