Home Computer definition

Home Computer means the electronic data processing system designed for use in the home, including: a. Peripheral hardware and connection cables; b. Plug in cartridges and expansion hardware; c. Commercially purchased software; d. Blank tapes; e. Blank discs; f. Disc drives; g. Printers; and h. Modems. a. Data or home-developed software; b. Any television set used as a computer monitor; and c. Telephone equipment used to connect the computer to a network through telephone lines.
