Home energy performance score system means a technical and administrative framework for producing and reporting metrics that describe the energy consumption, generation, and efficiency of a building.

Home energy performance score system means a system that incorporates building energy assessment software to generate a home energy performance score and home energy performance report. Examples of home energy performance score systems include, but may not be limited to, the U.S. Department of Energy Home Energy Score or the Home Energy Rating System (HERS).

  • Capacity Performance Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(a).

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Additional Performance Security means the Bank Guarantee to be submitted by Successful Bidder in accordance with Clause 8.7 of this RFP Document
