Home Equipment Package definition

Home Equipment Package means the cable modem and related power converter/supply, network interface card (NIC), patch cable, and related software for each Data Subscriber.

  • HSAC and Operator agree that in the event a Data Subscriber cancels only its subscription to HSAC Services, HSAC shall likewise notify Operator and be solely responsible for recovering any rented Home Equipment Package.

  • In the event a Data Subscriber terminates cable TV services with Operator and also cancels its subscription to HSAC Services at the same time, Operator shall notify HSAC of same and use its commercially reasonable efforts to recover and store (but does not guarantee that it shall be able to recover), any rented Home Equipment Package (except for the Ethernet card inside the customer's PC) for and on behalf of HSAC.

  • If HSAC rents any equipment that is part of the Home Equipment Package to a Data Subscriber, then HSAC shall be entitled to retain 100% of such rentals up to a maximum of $14.95 per month per Data Subscriber, and all rentals in excess of such amount will be divided equally between HSAC and Operators.

  • If Operator sells equipment that is part of the Home Equipment Package, then Operator shall keep 100% of the Gross Revenues from [ILLEGIBLE].

  • If HSAC sells equipment compressing any part of the Home Equipment Package to a Data Subscriber, then HSAC shall pay 50% of the gross profit (i.e., the gross "retail" sales price (not including applicable sales taxes) less its direct wholesale cost for such equipment and any other direct, out-of-pocket sales expense) it receives from such sale.

  • In the event a Data Subscriber terminates all of his, her or its cable TV/RF services with Operator, Operator will notify HSAC and use commercially reasonable efforts to recover and store the Home Equipment Package (except for any NIC/ethernet card inside the customer's computer) for HSAC at no charge.

Related to Home Equipment Package

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • The Equipment/Product means all the Air conditioners along with the accessories which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Special mobile equipment means a vehicle not designed for the transportation of persons or

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Tooling means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.
