Distributor’s Equipment definition

Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Customer’s Premises; "Distribution Pricing Structure Consultation Guidelines" means the guidelines relating to consulting on distributor price structure changes issued by the Electricity Authority and updated from time to time;

  • Clause 17.3 provides that only a Warranted Person may undertake connection or disconnection work that requires access to any Distributor’s Equipment (such as a pole or pillar fuse or isolation link).

Distributor’s Equipment means the switchgear, metering or other equipment, lines or other parts of the Distributor’s System or any other property or rights of the Distributor;

Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings belonging to the Distributor or the Distributor’s Agent which is from time to time installed in, over or upon a Connected Customer’s premises. “Electricity Complaints Commission” or “ECC” means the body established by the Constitution for the Electricity Complaints Commissioner Scheme covering the Electricity Consumer Code of Practice and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Protocol.
Distributor’s Equipment means the pipes, valves and other fittings owned by the Distributor up to and including the CIV, that are installed in, over, under or on the Consumer’s Premises including Additional Metering Equipment and (where relevant from time to time) any equipment owned by any agent of or service provider to the Distributor;

Related to Distributor’s Equipment

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Legal Services Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Leased Equipment means the machinery, equipment, furniture, tools and test sets, associated spare parts and supplies, if any, and all other tangible personal property leased by the Designated Seller or the Sellers and used primarily in the Operations, which is listed, and is located at the locations referenced on Schedule 1.1(125), but excludes equipment used in Shared Labs and Leased PC Equipment.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Metering Equipment means the potential transformers, current transformers, meters, interconnecting wiring and recorders used to meter any Metered Quantity.

  • Field emission equipment means equipment which uses an x-ray tube in which electron emission from the cathode is due solely to the action of an electric field.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.
