Examples of Distributor’s Equipment in a sentence
The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements (subject to any written agreement between the Trader and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Customer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Customer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.
The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts (subject to any alternative written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Consumer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.
The Trader must ensure that it and its employees, agents, and invitees do not interfere with or damage the Distributor’s Equipment or Network (including, without limitation, for a period of 6 months after termination of this Agreement) without the prior written consent of the Distributor (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).
If a Vacant Site Disconnection or the associated reconnection requires access to any Network equipment or Distributor’s Equipment, it must be carried out by a Warranted Person.
If circumstances so require, the Network User will assist the Distributor to obtain an undertaking from the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of the Distributor’s Equipment related to the Consumer’s Connection and deemed necessary by the Distributor in accordance with Good Industry Practice to be housed at the Consumer’s Premises.
