Distributor’s Equipment definition

Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and/or Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of such third party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment, which are from time to time installed in, over or upon a Consumer’s Premises;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Customer’s Premises; "Distribution Pricing Structure Consultation Guidelines" means the guidelines relating to consulting on distributor price structure changes issued by the Electricity Authority and updated from time to time;

Examples of Distributor’s Equipment in a sentence

  • The Retailer must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Supply Agreements (subject to any written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Customer to provide, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space (complying with the Network Connection Standards) for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Customer’s Premises.

  • Interference or damage to Distributor’s Equipment or Network by Retailer: The Retailer must ensure that it and its employees, agents, and invitees do not interfere with or damage the Distributor’s Equipment or Network (including, without limitation, for a period of 6 months after termination of this Agreement) without the prior written consent of the Distributor (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).


More Definitions of Distributor’s Equipment

Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on a Connected Premises;
Distributor’s Equipment means the switchgear, metering or other equipment, lines or other parts of the Distributor’s System or any other property or rights of the Distributor;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings belonging to the Distributor or the Distributor’s Agent which is from time to time installed in, over or upon a Connected Customer’s premises. “Electricity Complaints Commission” or “ECC” means the body established by the Constitution for the Electricity Complaints Commissioner Scheme covering the Electricity Consumer Code of Practice and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Protocol.
Distributor’s Equipment means the pipes, valves and other fittings owned by the Distributor up to and including the CIV, that are installed in, over, under or on the Consumer’s Premises including Additional Metering Equipment and (where relevant from time to time) any equipment owned by any agent of or service provider to the Distributor;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and GMS owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted for the use by the Distributor of the Party’s Fittings or GMS that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributorhas contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over. or on Customer’s Premises; "EIEP" means an electricity information exchange protocol approved by the Electricity Authority and published in accordance with the Code;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Field emission equipment means equipment which uses an x-ray tube in which electron emission from the cathode is due solely to the action of an electric field.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
