HOME Funds definition

HOME Funds has the meaning set forth in Paragraph B of the Recitals.
HOME Funds means Home Investment Partnerships Act funds provided from HUD to the County pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx National Housing Act of 1990, which must be used in accordance with 24 C.F.R. Part 92.
