Home school student definition

Home school student means a student who attends a home school pursuant to Section 53G-6-204.

Home school student means a student who completed high school in a [state] home school associated with a church-related school as defined by (insert) or an independent home school student whose parent or guardian has given notice to the local director of a local education agency under [insert] of intent to conduct a home school.
