Hospice care facility definition

Hospice care facility means an inpatient setting where palliative and supportive services to the terminally ill and their families are provided.
Hospice care facility means a facility, or a distinct part of a facility, such as a Hospital or Convalescent Nursing Facility, that meets all of the following tests:
