Hospital Business definition

Hospital Business means the business of operating the Hospital carried on by the Seller in Australia at the date of this Deed, but excluding:
Hospital Business means the hospital business operated on the Land from time to time.
Hospital Business has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a). “Hospital Indebtedness” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.19.

Hospital Business means the hospital division and rehabilitation services division primarily in hospitals and long-term care settings of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Hospital Business means the provision by the Surviving Corporation (or such other subsidiary or division of Parent, as the case may be) of such radiology and other medical, technical and administrative services as are customarily associated with the management by radiology groups of hospital radiology departments. Such medical, technical and administrative services shall include, but not be limited to, (i) the placement of, or affiliation with, a radiologist located at the hospital to serve as the representative of the Surviving Corporation (or such other subsidiary or division of Parent, as the case may be), (ii) the administration or outsourcing of the billing and collections from patients and third party payors and (iii) the management of the administrative and technical personnel and services in such hospital’s radiology department.
Hospital Business means the business of providing inpatient and outpatient hospital services, skilled nursing services, and related medical, nursing, and healthcare services, as well as other operations of Seller conducted at or through the Hospital.
Hospital Business means all business owned, leased, managed or operated by the Sellers or any of the Licensed Entities exclusively at or related to any of the Hospitals.
