Hospitality Customer definition

Hospitality Customer means: i. a Caterer being a person holding a caterers licence or a licensee whose licence contains a catering endorsement, issued under the Applicable Laws, ii. any business which operates an establishment which has been issued a liquor primary licence, a liquor primary club licence, a food primary licence or similar license under Applicable Laws, and iii. any holder of a manufacturer’s licence for its business conducted under a lounge or special event endorsement issued under the Applicable Laws;
Hospitality Customer means a business with a Licence to Operate a Liquor Consumption Premises issued by the AGCO.
