Hot Card definition

Hot Card means a Card that has been reported as being lost or stolen;
Hot Card means a card that cannot be honoured for payment, most often because the card has been reported lost or stolen, has been cancelled by the issuer, or has been compromised in some way;
Hot Card means a Card that is Invalid because it has been lost or stolen, whether it has been used fraudulently or not;
